!”Liars”!

Dr. A. H. Krieg

I have absolutely no idea of what you think or how you feel about things as they are, and what’s taking place in America now. But, I will unabashedly tell you I’ve had it. We are continuously lied to by every agency of our government, our elected representatives, and the all-encompassing bureaucracy, and the lies they tell are perpetuated by the lamestream media without hesitation, or the slightest journalistic oversight.

Lie number one: Today in an interview none other than Georgia Senator Johnny Isakson (R, GA) the ass from Atlanta informed us that the government had saved $ 30,000 on his retirement because he got his cheque today, just after his 66th birthday, a year later than before. Johnny, give us all a break, you will get $30,000 in 2011, and while the average SS recippiant gets $15,000. So, should you actually want to save more for America why don’t you and all your legislative jackasses go on Social Security like the rest of us and save another $15,000 each?

Lie number two: last week Obama’s economic advisor the midget from Harvard, Robert Reich informed us that the economy is doing well and was expanding based on GDP at a rate of 3.7% annually, as based on information of the last quarter of 2010. Say Bobbie, do you really think we’re that stupid? The inflation rate for 2010 was 11.4% the increase in sales in 2010 is totally attributable to inflation (higher prices) so in actual fact the economy shrunk 11.4 minus 3.7 = 7.7%

Lie number three: everyone in Disney world on the Potomac has told us relentlessly, that the rate of inflation was 1.3% annually every year in the last three years. Well, by eliminating all foodstuffs, all motor fuels, and heating oil from the equation you still get 5%, but when you add in all of the things left out by bureaucratic statisticians the real inflation number comes to 11.4%

Lie number four: The only way we can balance the budget is by cutting government benefits like Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid. Rubbish! Eliminating the US Department of Education (1980) whose hallmark accomplishment has been lowering since 1980 the national student competency from fourth in the world to 34th ($71 billion). Eliminating the Department of Energy (1980) whose hallmark is to have reduced domestic energy production from 78% to 24% ($28.4 billion) Eliminate the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. ($22.5 billion). Elimination of all foreign aid (unable to get the amount from State Department) Cut the congressional salaries to $84,000 double national average, eliminate congressional, including aids pensions and healthcare. (Estimated about $100 millions)

Lie number five: By variance unemployment is calculated as M-3 at 9.4% this however counts only those drawing government cheques. M-6 which is the same statistic used in 1933 (top of the Great Depression 24.4%) which today is 25.2% that counts all those assumed to want jobs.

Lie number six: We are over the hump as demonstrated by the falling unemployment statistics. Rubbish! The last reported information indicates that we had decreased unemployment by about .02%. This is not correct because it did not count those 500,000 who wanted jobs but had lost their benefits, actually the economy lost another 300,000 jobs in December 2010.

Lie number seven: There is no inflation. Hell no, gas has gone up from $2.60 to $3.10 in the last six months that is definitely not an increase! Milk has risen by .50C not an increase? Eggs from $1.00 to $ 1.40 not an increase? On the wholesale side corn has gone up 40%, cotton 70%, gold in the last ten years 530% this is definitely not inflation, it must be greedy businessmen upping their profit margins.

Lie number eight: The Dow Jones is up things are great! Nope, sorry, in real value the Dow Jones is down by 50%. In December 2000 gold sold for $273.60 in December 2010 gold sold for $1,450.60, this equates to a rise of 530.19% in the price of gold over ten years. The Dow in December 2000 was 10,373.54 and in December 2010 11,491.91 a gain of 1.107%. Thus if we accept the value of gold to be constant then the actual value in constant terms of the Dow Jones in December 2010 is 5,398.91 a loss of 4,974.63.

Lie number nine: We have about 10 million illegal immigrants who must be given citizenship. (Amnesty) Rubbish!. We have 24 million illegal and 14 million legal immigrants in America, about 13% of our total population. All illegals should be deported and be given the opportunity to apply for a green card, which will be issued based on a strict quota system. Eisenhower did it why can’t we do it?

Lie number ten: The census indicates that we have a national population of 320 million. Sorry to disappoint you again. The reason for the centenary census taken every ten years is for congressional apportionment of the House. Thus only citizens of voting age, or those who will in the coming ten years become eligible to vote should be counted. Census 2010 counted all children from age 6 months they should only have counted children that reach their 18th birthday by 2020 in other words children born after 2002. They counted all illegal’s that’s 24 million, they counted all green card holders who are not allowed to vote 14 million, they counted all diplomats that are resident who are not allowed to vote, due to their system for ‘group quarters” they double counted most people in hospitals. The total census count for 2010 is off by about a 40 million over count. The real population of America is 280 million give or take two million.

Lie number eleven: There are Americans that are being persecuted due to racial hatred. These are primarily blacks and Jews. Sorry wrong again, our president if you have not noticed is a black man. We have the congressional Black caucus consisting of 43 members, and then we have the AIPAC caucus of over 40 Jews in congress. In the executive branch Obama has 32 Jewish advisors, 15 Jewish Czars, The FRS has 7 Jewish directors, FRS district president has 6 Jews, International affairs 13, Foreign policy team 6, which numbers are far and away greater than their joint numerical portion of the American population which is 14.5% for blacks and 3% for Jews.

The State of the Union Speech 2011

DR. A. H. Krieg

Realism is always preferable to unbridled optimism!

I cannot say I did not like the consolatory speech as usual the presentation was fine and it would appear the president has seen the light of the 2010 mid term election. Having said that I must comment on another issue.

Speeches written by a committee, especially when its authors are on differing pages, do not produce a coherent outcome!

We cannot have it both ways, for the president to suggest that we can cut taxes while at the same time increase spending in several different regions of the economy is unrealistic. A five-year freeze of spending of about $400 billion over a long time is not even a drop in the bucket of a $14 trillion plus, on the books deficit, never mind the $202 trillion off the books deficit. This amounts to a slowing of growth and no actual cuts. Mr. President spending the same you did yesterday does not reduce spending all it does is freeze it at our present unacceptable and unsustainable level. It would seem to me that Paul Klugman of the “Grey Lady” is the house monkey, sorry economist of record.

I did want to comment on the new buddy system of having the congressional members sitting together, this false attempt at bi-partisanship is the left’s attempt to take the wind out of the Tea Party sails, and as good conservatives can always be counted on to do the wrong thing in the name of compassion it fits the bill. That brings me to the black and white ribbons, while we are all saddened by the attack in Tucson; this sort of kumbiah effort is a waste of time and effort, it is not substance it is show.

The efforts of the speech seem to have come from an explanation of where we have been and where we are heading. Based on the number of CFR members in the audience and the floor we can already surmise that all we need do is to read “Foreign Affairs” to answer that question. The President started his speech with his first error when he said; “We have a robust democracy” then compounding the error by repeating it at the end of the speech, sorry Mr. Constitutional professor, America is and has for the past 233 years been a Constitutional Republic. If our president does not even know what form of government this nation has we are in deep trouble. Will cut him some slack considering that he went to Harvard and had Allan Dershowitz as a law professor. Then we learned that multiculturalism sets America apart from other nations; perhaps the speechwriters might want to spend some time on international travel because in the 21st century, multiculturalism has been foisted on the entire West with the devastating consequences that it has brought us.

He told us we must move ahead, we must institute tax cuts, we are poised for progress, and he would create a million new jobs, is this just the same as the three million lost in 2010, or the promises of the 2009 State of the Union address? Then we learned that the recession’s back has been broken. Well now, that’s good news; perhaps it would have helped if he provided any evidence of that. Something along the lines of a reduction of foreclosures that will spike in March, or an actual reduction in the planned budget to be voted on in spring that will see the debt ceiling expanded once again, or perhaps that the dollar has gained in strength, when it will drop even more as more will be spent by the administration.

The future is ours to win! Very nice, the continuation of such exhaling rhetoric and optimism makes us all feel good but leads to false hope and the inevitable fall from grace when reality is eventually faced.

A list of initiatives then emerged, American innovation, well as a patentee with over 20 patents and a business owner for over 50 years I am more than qualified to say the problem with innovation in America is Government interference, government over-regulation, and the legal profession that has driven costs through the roof, and tort laws that add an average 10% to 15% onto every American made product to cover the cost of product liability insurance.

Then came energy policy. Unfortunately the speechwriters did not investigate Spain, who went that way about ten years ago. Additionally these people’s myopic view of energy production and their more than apparent total lack of understanding of this industry speaks for mountains of misinformation. Spain now has an unemployment rate of over 20%, is about to financially collapse and has one of the highest energy costs in the EU. The plan to by 2035 produce 80% of our energy through bio-fuels is unattainable, uneconomical, and scientifically disastrous, and an environmental catastrophe to boot.

The brought forward idea of spending even more on education, the Department of Education has proposed a budget of $ 71 billion for 2011, which is a 20% increase over 2010, is stupid. Jimmy Carter established the departments in 1980 at that time our students were 4th in the world, today after 31 years of operation we have fallen to position number 34. What we should do is to fire Mr. Duncan and shut down the entire agency. Not only would we save $ 71 billions, but also education would return to local jurisdiction where it did so well for many decades.

The usual to be expect amnesty for illegal immigrants all 20 plus million of them came next, I have no idea why, everyone knows that this is a bird that will not fly.

High-speed rail, please, please give us a break. This would be fine if like Eisenhower there was a published national plan linking major metropolitan regions. But this piecemeal disorganized plan between a couples of cities without linking or a national strategy is unworkable. To then propose without any mapped out plan that we will have a national high-speed rail system by 2050 is ludicrous.

Then came the first good idea cut the corporate tax rate which is the highest in the world.

I still by this time almost an hour into the speech had heard nothing about cutting the deficit, cutting the size of government, any factual basis of reducing the national debt in fact on the economic side there was not one caveat for the conservative, libertarian, or common sense part of the population. Nothing would come either. The usual class warfare of let’s sock it to the rich by forcing the 2% highest earners to pay a higher tax rate, hey after all we must stick to our socialist plan and punish success, to fund failure. Then came the anticipated Gay’s in the military, where it was very noticeable that not one military person at the affair stood up or even clapped his or her hands, as a vet I am also totally opposed to this piece of social engineering. The military is not a social experiment it is an organization designed to kill our enemies anything that interferes with that is no dammed good.

The last statement by the president “The State of the union is sound,” bespeaks volumes of denial and a total lack of understanding relating to Americas present economic situation.

The Jerk in Tucson

Dr. A. H. Krieg

I know with absolute certainty that you are fed up with all the reporting of the shooting in Tucson. But then you’ve not heard my two cents worth! I don’t think that the shooter is a jerk; I just think he’s nuts and should have been committed years ago, to an insane asylum you know. The sheriff is the jerk.

Jarred Lee Loughner has been described as a loner, (I see no problem with that), but when his former classmate Cathy Parker singled him out as a “left wing political radical” a bell went off. Others in his class called him a “pothead” and a great fan of the acid band Anti-Fag. Another person testified that Loughner never listened to the news on TV or radio. His face book page supports all those allegations. Then there’s the matter of his having been kicked out of Pima County College after the sheriff had been called five times due to various class disturbances by Loughner. We also know that many people who said that Loughner had threatened them called the Sheriff on numerous occasions.

Congresswoman Giffords of Tucson had seen her office broken into as recently as March of 2010 Tucson newspapers have removed the story from their site or else consider it not to have been newsworthy. Because the Pima County sheriff’s office web site is infected with mal-ware, reports of the breaking are not available, but we do know that no one was arrested. And then we have the unsettling matter of the killed federal judge a hard conservative who had opposed many Obama initiatives.

My first question was how did this nutcase purchses a gun? We know that Arizona, like Vermont, much to their credit, has no restrictions on the sale of guns with the exception of felons, or those deemed to be mentally unstable. Loughner fits into that category, so why was he not restricted from purchasing the Glock?

The first issue is that the sheriff’s department never followed through on any of the numerous calls they had on record about Loughner. They never arrested him for making death threats; they did not book him for any of the five incidents in which deputies had to go to Pima College to remove Loughner from classes. They did not do their job.

In steps the jerk. Sheriff Clarence Dupnik is 75 years old and he looks it. He is an unapologetic liberal (progressive Democrat) with a political agenda. His behavior relating the shootings and its aftermath are disgraceful, he should step down. Before anyone had even an inkling of knowledge about the shooter, Dupnik went on a media spree against everyone in the world who is not in tune with his own personally warped political ideas. Furthermore he personally attacked scores of people, politicians, commentators, and TV personalities, radio talk-show hosts witch he claimed were the cause of the shootings.

This in my opinion is nothing but a huge cover-up relating to the total performance failure of the Pima County sheriffs department.

Lets just examine some more relating information, all of which seems to have escaped the journalistic efforts of even the “Gray Lady” which neglected reporting the following relevant facts. 1) Amy Loughner the shooter’s mother is a full time employee of Pima County, as a resource specialist for the Pima County Parks and Recreation Department, This couldn’t possibly have anything to do with the fact that the sheriffs office never booked or arrested Loughner could it? 2) Amy and congresswoman Giffords both are members of Chaverim Tucson Synagogue. Now this may not be relevant to the case but as any reasonably well-versed investigator will tell you, this has bearing on any investigation.

It is my opinion that sheriff Dupnik has thrown up a huge smoke screen in order to hide his and his agencies gross mishandling of the shopping center meeting sponsored by the congresswoman. The sheriffs department is responsible for public safety and none was provided at the advertised public meeting. The second part of this smoke screen is, that had Loughner been arrested or charged in any one of scores of incidents that involved the sheriff’s department or at least been flagged as mentally unstable when he was thrown out of college after five confrontations with the sheriffs office or been arrested after making numerous death threats he would have been prevented from purchasing a gun in Arizona. This is not an issue about guns or about politics it is an issue of the failure of a public servant to do his duty as prescribed by Arizona law.

Every progressive Democrat is already screaming about the availability of guns, sorry to bring up an old Cliché’ but, guns don’t kill people, people kill people. Naturally the mechanically inept progressives now howl that the problem is automatic weapons, sorry again but the pundits are wrong, the used Glock is a semi-automatic handgun and has been in use since the 1890’s. Others of the left blame multi-bullet magazines another misnomer. I can switch magazines on any semi automatic hand gun an about 2/10th of a second, so if my gun only holds eight rounds, I can fire 16 in less than 4 seconds, and frankly I can’t aim and pick targets that fast, also obviously Loughner’s problem. By the way I shot expert in the military with rifle, carbine and 45 cal pistols, so I do know of what I speak.

The gun is no more the problem than a baseball bat or kitchen knife, virtually any device can be turned into a murder weapon, and the BS about guns being more efficient is also a misnomer, in Japan where guns are virtually unattainable some nutcase with a knife killed half a dozen people in less than twenty seconds.

Our societal problem is our permissive way of dealing with deviant behavior. It is the bleeding heart liberals who are responsible for all these mass murders and most homicides. The country is overrun with people that should be locked up and were forty years ago. The largest portion of murders as well as crimes committed in our society is by repeat criminals that the justice system has paroled or let off. The continuous revolving doors in congress as well as our penal system, and the dragged out ridiculous continuous appeals brought at taxpayers expense are the cause of our violent society.

Institute the death penalty, for premeditated murder, demand trial within a week of the arrest and after a duly organized jury trial, a public hanging within 48 hours of sentencing, preferably on TV and with required attendance of all in prisons, state and federal. I guarantee that the crime rate will drop like a lead balloon in a punch bowel.

Dr. King, “Cool Hand Luke” & Uncle Sam

By David A. McElroy
mcelchap@hotmail.com

Martin Luther King, Jr. is remembered today as a man who communicated boldly for the downtrodden, famous for his Letter from Birmingham Jail. His message was one loudly declaring “We shall overcome.” His people overcame in following his nonviolent lead seeking the Christian love, Agape, Rev. King preached. He was assassinated in 1968, and his reputation smeared as Uncle Sam co-opted the Civil Rights Movement King spurred.

A man named Luke was another great example of that era. “What we have here… is a failure to communicate,” is Paul Newman’s famous line from the classic 1967 movie Cool Hand Luke. Portraying an escaped prisoner with a defiant, irrepressible spirit, he uttered that great line confronting the sadistic prison captain in a standoff. Luke was a decorated war hero imprisoned for a rather minor drunken foolish infraction. He was put on a chain gang, and killed for refusing to give up his last measure of dignity.

Today, we who struggle for truth, justice, and liberty experience a similar problem in facing Uncle Sam presiding in the District of Criminals. What will become of us? As King said, “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands at times in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.”

Like that unscrupulous prison captain, Uncle Sam has no credibility among those he is riding roughshod over in fattening his wallet with slave labors. We know his word is never good. To take the hand he offers is to accept a chain and/or a knuckle sandwich. Yet, Uncle Sam persists in his same ol’ schtick, like Lucy in Peanuts teeing up a football for Charlie Brown just to humiliate him one more time. Why fall for it over and over again? What we have here….is a failure to communicate. Our purported representatives in government seem oblivious to public concerns while chasing billionaire benefactors.

If you want references about Uncle Sam’s street creds, just ask a Native American. The various tribes signed over 260 treaties with the US government, and all were rather soon violated by Uncle Sam. Promises to compensate Native Americans for confiscated lands, property, deaths and damages, remain unpaid to this day. So if you feel the “indians” are bitter, hostile people, and often drunk, you ought to remember why. Sitting Bull and Geronimo did what men of honor and integrity are forced to do defending their people.

As Dr. King is celebrated, let us remember the problem we face is not the color of skin, it is the color of money. The problem is not the native tongue, it is the forked tongue. It is a failure to communicate… truth. Only upon the basis of truth can we progress in human societies. Temptation, deceit, confusion and fear are the tools of evil spirits. Those spirits can be revealed and reviled, disempowered and dissipated by honest communication of truth in free speech. Plainly, we must speak truth to power, even as old Israel’s prophet Nathan did in rebuking King David’s murderous pursuit of adultery with Bathsheba. The powers that be must hear and reciprocate truthfully if they wish to lead society with good respect earned instead of fear imposed by force and fraud. The current deceitful path of governance leads to disaster. King was boldly preaching “the hope of a secure and livable world lies with disciplined nonconformists who are dedicated to justice, peace, and brotherhood.“ King was a sinner like us all, but he upheld Jesus Christ as our true libertarian. Do you?

The rampant frauds and fearsome forces wielded by an increasingly deceitful and invasive Uncle Sam only exacerbate a climate of paranoia with legitimate fears and undermines confidence in commerce, professions, legal and political venues. A chill has been draped over academia and science is corrupted, arts shaped by propaganda, free press censored. People strive to avoid trouble seeking peace, but trouble seeks them out via bureaucracy unbridled and driving people to confrontations, making felons of us all in a police state. This downward spiral leads us to violence, even as nonviolent protestors following Dr. King or Mahatma Gandhi met the batons and gunfire of shielded government officers following their orders to paychecks. We often find provocateurs instigating violence to provide an official pretext to assault the people with brutal force, as in Montreal at the G-20 riots. Many false flag attacks are known, even documented, as in the Gulf of Tonkin.

We may be forced by the judicial frauds to regard the badge of a man in uniform, by fear to respect his gun. But our respect for him is earned only by the nature of his character expressed in his conduct, for good or evil. This is why fictional Sheriff Andy Taylor in Mayberry is yet beloved as an icon of the bygone era of neighborly peace officers. It is also why there is a disconnect today between government and the public. Whatever public relations ploys, official statements or court rulings the government issues, the conduct of their officers in the streets and faces of America advise us more clearly. Those officers reflect the training, standards, and politics upheld in courthouses. As Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes declared, “This is a court of law, not a court of justice.” America’s Declaration of Independence cited similar problems in The Spirit of ‘76.

George Orwell’s classic book, 1984, was prophetic. His vision of a horrid, totalitarian, dehumanizing, global New World Order imposing slavery and death is obvious now. I recommend reviewing chapter 3 of 1984. Winston, the protagonist, is being tortured by O’Brien in the state’s Ministry of Lovedue to his realizing the truth about government.

O’Brien asks, “How does one man assert his power over another, Winston?” “By making him suffer,” he replies. “Exactly,” O’Brien says. “By making him suffer. Obedience is not enough. Unless he is suffering, how can you be sure that he is obeying your will and not his own? Power is in inflicting pain and humiliation. Power is in tearing human minds to pieces and putting them back together again in new shapes of your choosing… a world which will grow not less but more merciless as it refines itself. Progress in our world will be progress toward more pain. The old civilizations claimed they were founded on love and justice. Ours is founded upon hatred.” The whole premise, Winston has realized, is that the elite “believe that human beings are not fit to govern themselves…” and will mislead and kill us! And O’Brien declares to Winston: “You will be shot.”

As Orwell noted, “In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.”

Christ was marked for death after speaking the truth about corrupt money-changers and merchants plundering people under the guise of religion. He was unjustly tried and sentenced to a cruel death by a governor who knew Jesus to be innocent and righteous in order to preserve the prevailing and profitable organized crime known as rule by law. Do you know what Christ meant when he advised: “Take up your cross and follow me?”

A politician, Abraham Lincoln, remarked “You may fool all the people some of the time, you can even fool some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time.” Like Winston, many people are no longer fooled and have realized the truth of the prevailing powers. Throughout history, whenever a critical mass of people become aware of such wickedness and rise to question authority, the empire strikes back with lethal and often genocidal force. Most often, the challenge to corrupt government is arising from the middle class sorts, because they have the means to be educated, travel, and engage in political actions with discretionary funds. Most often, it is the middle class by which the lower classes are educated and led, directly in institutions, or indirectly by their examples good or bad. When enough people realize the emperor has no clothes, no nobility, no honor, the rotten eggs and fruits of rage begin to fly. Heads are broken , or lopped off as in the French Revolution. Are you no longer fooled? Angry?

The money-changers of the Bible evolved to become the banksters of today, imposing their thefts by rule of law. Alan Greenspan, former Federal Reserve Bank chairman, recently admitted that banking is characterized by “fraud” and “clearly criminal activities” are “rampant” in the financial sector. Bank of America confessed fraud and coughed up $137.3 million in damages in a bond derivatives scandal, just a cost of doing business. Wells Fargo was caught laundering money for drug cartels. US taxpayers are now required, under penalty of law wielded by the IRS, to bail these criminals out with trillions of dollars in debt! Banks are proven to be fraudulently foreclosing upon many homes…sometimes even when the mortgage was paid! Much of the bailout money has gone overseas. Wall Street, rather than Main Street, is being helped. While institutions are corrupted beyond any accountant’s comprehension, droll banksters collect milli ons in bonuses while claiming poverty! Government can only tell us they are “Too big to fail.” I find this maddening! Do you?

People are led to think that intelligence agencies advise government how to conduct corporate business, but actually, corporate business employs intelligence agencies to conduct government. Consider the Rothschild or Rockefeller history. Or the old TV show Alias, wherein Jennifer Garner showed us how the world of international banking is the host, the bloodstream, of such as the CIA and criminal intelligence agencies. Recall central banks and bankers, like Rothschild, Rockefeller, Bernanke and Greenspan, have diplomatic immunity, secure facilities with encrypted satellite data transmission services, money laundering.

In 1853, Frederick Bastiat wrote in his book The Law, that “The law has become a tool for every kind of greed. Instead of preventing crime, the law itself is guilty of the abuses it is supposed to punish.” Bastiat’s Economic Sophismsnoted that “When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men living together in society, they create for themselves in the course of time, a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it.” in his chapter on The Physiology of Plunder. Bankers rule, courts enforce, and the rule of law is the law of ruling who collects the profits and who pays. The fiat monetary system is closed for a reason. Greenspan acknowledged that “Deficit spending is simply a scheme for the confiscation of wealth… one has no difficulty in understanding the statists’ antagonism toward the gold standard,” in Gold and Economic Freedom, his 1966 essay. The central banking system is simply the legal face of organized crime busy debauching our currency to rob us with inflation and public debt. The law prohibits you robbing the banks, but enables banks to steal your earnings. Shouldn’t this theft stop?

Which brings us to why King was shot. In Martin Luther King and the Tools of Freedom, Ethan Jacobs, J.D., quoted Gavin Marshall’s note on the assassination. “When Martin Luther King began to speak about more than race, and openly criticized the entire social structure of empire and economic exploitation, not simply of blacks, but of all people around the world and at home,” said Marshall, “he posed too great a threat to the oligarchs to tolerate him any longer. It was at this point that the National Security State chose to assassinate Martin Luther King.” Talking about love and getting a good seat on a bus or lunch counter were tolerable subjects, but as in the case of Christ, talking about the corrupt financial system enslaving people brought King a death sentence. (You can find Jacobs’ article in the Jan. 16, 2011 website of the Activist Post.)

The evil spirits elicited by the extractive powers of Mammon in a rigged monetary system touted as Capitalism are actually driving us under deceit to global Communist oligarchy, exploitation, oppression, plunder, enslavement, and wars. The banks are instruments of surveillance and control by egocentric psychopaths holding themselves far above the law. The elitists insist they are our betters, by Darwinian standards, because they have so long managed to use subterfuge and Hegelian Dialectics to turn us against one another, to loot “little people” and “keep them in their place.” It is time for disciplined nonconformity!

Yes, the gig is up, and even the brainless scarecrow failed “to pay no attention to the man behind the curtain” in the Emerald City of Oz. Mainstream media’s smoke and mirrors are no longer any more effective than the wizard’s at the end of the yellow brick road, and the wizards of Wall Street are fearing retribution. We the people are openly questioning authority, and this is why we are barraged with calls for “civil political discourse” in the wake of the Tucson massacre by Jared Loughner. Sharp criticisms targeting government policies and politicians, combative imagery and violent terminology, are all assailed as improper, hateful, and dangerous. It is why websites are being taken down, why Julian Assange of Wikileaks is now to be made a public spectacle and the Fairness Doctrine is being reconsidered to stifle “politically incorrect” talk radio, the Second Amendment infringed ever more. Criminals are ma king it a crime to speak of crimes. “It is error alone which needs the support of government,“ quipped Thomas Jefferson. “The truth can stand on its own.“ A heavy hand of censorship is coming to us as it did Winston in 1984.

William Grigg, commented on the Loughner debacle in his essay of 1/14/2011, entitled The Cult of Sacrificial Violence. “What is government if words have no meaning?” Griggs noted “Jared Loughner reportedly posed that question to Rep. Gabrielle Giffords at a forum two years ago. Perhaps unwittingly, Loughner answered that question himself by murdering six people and attempting to murder fourteen others, including Giffords. In doing so, the young nihilist effectively privatized government’s central function.”

Grigg said “Shorn of the sophistries that provide it with a moral disguise, pared down to its essentials, political government is the systematic use of exactly the same kind of criminal violence employed by Loughner.” I recall Richard Nixon remarked, “It’s not illegal when the president does it.” What would Jesus do?

Were the Ten Commandmentsintended for everyone, or just us “little people”? Jesus promised his disciples that in following Christ, “You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” Of course, once truth is ascertained, it must be applied in actions taken. To pray for guidance is good, but must be followed by action. What would Jesus do in our situation, knowing what is proven about American institutions? Or Ethan Allen and the Green Mountain Boys? What was the American Revolution about?

In the courts, we are sworn to “tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.” But federal courts have ruled speaking truth is no defense. Police officers are specifically permitted to lie in their duty to defend and uphold government, with no responsibility to “Protect and Serve” the public. Government officers tell us “If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear,” while government hides everything under multiple layers of obfuscation. What do they fear? The Freedom of Information Actis mocked in supplying copies of requested documents wherein all pertinent information is blacked out in the effort to whitewash issues. Whistleblowers are an endangered species, truth illegal.

Do you know the truth? “There are none so blind as them that will not see“, with ears unhearing truth for fear of evils they might confront. Many folks prefer to wave pretty flags and mouth patriotic slogans pledging allegiance to “Old Glory”, while “the republic for which it stands” no longer exists! It is easier not to think or decide to confront evil.

Historically, rulers have massacred millions at this stage of increased social awareness of truths. And there has always been a remnant after conflagration. Will we soon be shot like Luke, Winston, or Martin, declaring “What we have here is… a failure to communicate”?

We can only make progress on the basis of truth applied. It is the only way to move past this crisis we find ourselves in. Just because we do not seek trouble does not mean trouble is not seeking us. We face an inconvenient truth requiring an unpleasant choice forced upon people by tyrants periodically: Live free or die trying. Freedom requires a heritage of truth telling, justice equally applied to all with fraud and force prohibited, liberty in a nation under the law of love as Christ expressed it in Matthew 22:35-40. Where is your love?

Will you stand for more theft and lies from Uncle Sam? Will you stand for yourself, your children and the future of humanity? Orwell warned us, “If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face - forever.” Will you be Spartacus?

Dangerous Times in Marxist America

By David McElroy

“Those that make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable.“ President John F. Kennedy is remembered for this statement. Americans are finding force and fraud in every venue stifling free debate, free speech, all practices of truth, justice, and liberty. We do not seek trouble. But trouble insists on looking for us. We do abhor violence, yet violence is set upon us in many ways in a Marxist Cultural Revolution confusing, degrading, and intolerantly destroying us with diversity.

Contemplating the portents of 2011 does not envision a Happy New Year! But we must soldier on, being vigilant to protect ourselves, our families, our homes, our communities against the New World Order. We must stay alert and guard our minds. For the children. Surveillance is everywhere. We are faced with a terrible choice so often forced upon people by tyrants through the ages: Live Free or Die!

It should be painfully obvious to even those uninterested in politics, or the rat race to the illusory “American Dream”, that We the People have been robbed, raped, and ruined. As the oligarchs survey our emaciated wasteland, stripped of assets, industries, wealth, and dignity, the confused, distracted and divided souls, they are openly discussing increasing our mortality rates with “rationed” healthcare to rid the land of “useless eaters” who are no longer profitable wage slaves. Yes, the elderly, the chronically ill or handicapped, etc. The oligarchs think of us as livestock to be bred, harnessed, and culled. Are you an independent thinker, a dissident? Remember the classic movie Soylent Green?

We have a legal system where speaking truth is no defense, where corruption is blatantly rampant on a huge scale, even proven but yet unpunished or even seriously challenged. Courts are political kangaroos hopping to the tune of corporatists with legal pouches, delivering knock-out kicks to our Bill of Rights in case after case. Whistle-blowing, free press, and dissident speech are now punishable as acts of treason under the law. The hallmarks of a free society are openly demonized and punished severely. After all, the government has identified even people who stand to defend the US Constitution as extremists warranting police scrutiny. Remember that MIAC report?

Note a courageous USAF patriot now in prison at Leavenworth, stripped of rank, Lt. Col. Terry Lakin. He challenged the eligibility of Barack Obama to serve as Commander-in-Chief. In his court-martial, his defense was denied the rights of discovery, disallowed presentation of evidence and witnesses, and denied any discussion of his motive. He was questioning the lawfulness of his deployment orders in light of Obama’s questionable birth status. Judge Col. Denise Lind even commented she wished to avoid embarrassing Obama in the Oval Office. Rules of military justice were flagrantly flaunted, though they long allowed a soldier to refuse orders believed unlawful. Now, rule of law is nothing.

America was founded upon the principle that no man was above the law, that no man should be king. Yet we allow the president to order the assassination of citizens on his signature alone, without the due process of a court. Executive Orders legislate directly from the White House, sidestepping Congress dictatorially. Of course, The Patriot Act has let the feds seize, torture, imprison indefinitely, even kill anyone, while disallowing such persons any right to an attorney or a trial, or even let anyone know what became of them. This federal law to make people “disappear” was imposed right after 9/11 in 2001, widely suspected as a “false flag“ attack upon America due to much suppressed evidence.

We live in dangerous times where society’s center cannot hold. If the police state deems us who insist upon the consistent rule of law under the US Constitution to be criminals, what does this make the federal government’s officers? It will be a Mad Max world, as when the law is outlawed, only outlaws will have law. Confusion reigns, respect for the law is evaporated. Everyone will do as they see fit in chaos. China’s murderous Chairman Mao remarked, “Political power grows from the barrel of a gun.” Beware. The time to recall the true purpose of our Second Amendment is at hand!

Vladimir Lenin, the Marxist revolutionary, said “A system of licensing and registration is the perfect device to deny gun ownership to the bourgeoisie.” Hitler used that means, as did Stalin, and Mao, and British authorities, and ….. do you see it falling upon us here? Read Lenin (http://www.elemental-sayings-quotes.com/free/vladimir-lenin-quotes.html) and you will find his goals and principles have long been incrementally imposed in our land by corporatists bent on pursuing communist International Socialism (Democrats) or the more clearly fascist National Socialism (Republicans) in a Hegelian dialectic. We have been distracted by these two wings of the bald raptor which has seized us in its’ talons. You might see G. Edward Griffin’s analysis of the Report From Iron Mountain for the core values of the psychopaths governing the world (and reducing us to cannon fodder), in his 24th chapter of The Creature From Jekyll Island. It is also featured on www.FarmWars.com .

Destroying every vestige of personal independence is the goal of International Socialism guiding the New World Order. It is a forced march back to feudalism under the forces of a modern technocracy bought with our tax dollars to enslave us, disguised as Democracy. Lenin and fellow travelers war against the bourgeoisie, the affluent middle class farmers, ranchers, doctors, engineers, merchants, contractors, academics, other professionals and such. The socialists always pit these truly middle class people against the proletariat, the over-extended faux middle class struggling to “keep up with the Jones’ “ and also lower working class people, drawing attention away from the billionaire class predators who are orchestrating the various conflicts of many sorts. Such as resentment against “welfare” and “entitlement” recipients, or hostility toward shopkeepers and employers, class envy.

The Capitalist corporatists of America bankrolled Lenin, Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Castro, etc. fostering socialism. Multiculturalism is a Trojan Horse, as is the “War on Terror”, the “War on Drugs”, you name it. It is really Marxist war on us! Don’t be deceived. Freedom is the answer to your suffering, and the state aims to deprive you of it in every area of life.

“While the state exists, there can be no freedom. When there is freedom there will be no state,” as Lenin put it. “The way to crush the bourgeoisie is to grind them between the millstones of taxation and inflation.” Lenin also said the establishment of a central bank would accomplish 90% of socialism’s agenda, as “The surest way to destroy a nation is to debauch its’ currency.” Note the dollar’s falling value in the endless printing of paper by the Federal Reserve Bank under “Helicopter Ben” Bernanke. Former Federal Reserve Bank Chairman Alan Greenspan admitted that “Deficit spending is simply a scheme for the confiscation of wealth…. one has no difficulty in understanding the statists’ antagonism toward the gold standard.” in his 1966 essay Gold And Economic Freedom. Elite “captains of industry” accumulate capital posing as Capitalists while they finance socialist programs to control the masses, privatizing profits and privileges in their increasingly fewer hands and socializing losses and liabilities among the masses of increasingly impoverished peoples. The progressive movement to a Marxist dominion always results in tyranny, ignorance, poverty, and death on a massive scale. Think Chairman Mao.

“Democracy is indispensable to socialism,“ Lenin noted. Speaking of our prevailing socialist mode of governance, Lenin quipped “Fascism is capitalism in decay,” and “The goal of socialism is communism.” Do you understand the deceit underway against us?

Neither the NeoCon Republicans, the national socialists, nor the Progressive Democrats, the international socialists, will salvage our great American Heritage of Truth, Justice, and Liberty for All in one nation under God. They are bent on enslaving us in a godless materialist empirical world government of techno-fascist feudalism. They insist we serfs should toil in ignorance indoctrinated, with all the rights and benefits now afforded the workers in Stalinist North Korea. That is Darwinism. The plan is to keep those peons permitted to survive under the jack-booted heel of robotized genetically engineered goon squads of “super soldiers” DARPA is developing now. (You can read of this in Tom and Nita Horn’s book Forbidden Gates.) They will be controlled by the “lords and masters” who will be living in palatial glory wielding absolute authority over their various fiefdoms. Human life will be cheap.

All state governments feature a pathological elitist beast known as the Corporatist. It has two collectivist subspecies, right and left. A man known to make trains run on time, Italian tyrant Mussolini, said “Corporatism is fascism.” Note the right wing Hitler, the Nazi, and left wing Stalin, the Communist, were both socialists and fascists. Where does this leave the “middle of the road” types? In a Warsaw ghetto? Don’t be fooled by the two wings of the one big bad bald raptor! This bird of prey was born of the Hegelian Dialectic, an intellectual pincer movement used within many forms of government.

Under the monarchy of the United Kingdom, the leftist Labor party and the right wing Tories prevail. David Ben Gurion, at the state founding ceremonies for Israel in 1947, said “Israel was created to advance the cause of International Socialism.” In Israel, the left is the Labor party and the right is the Likud, in what many wrongly believe to be a religious nation. Ben Gurion, The Father of Israel, was a proud disciple of Lenin. You will find this right/left system everywhere around the globe, two legs marching us all to Hell in one body politic keeping us blind and distracted at gunpoint.

President Kennedy, shot dead soon after challenging the Federal Reserve in issuing silver currency and declaring he would withdraw America from Viet Nam, now seems a lot like Sen. Barry Goldwater compared to Communist-in-Chief Barack Obama. Do you see how the progressive Democrats progress in their Texas two-steps forward and one step back with Republicans? Both parties are selling us out, but GOP NeoCons drag their heels in bargaining for a better price than the eager Marxist jackasses.

Kennedy warned Americans in his famous “Secret Society Speech”. He was alarming, “For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its’ sphere of influence - on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.” Indeed, it has! Add the systems of jurisprudence, media, and education to that roster, with a dose of subverted religion, which brings us where we are today in a vast Matrix of delusion nurtured by Hollywood, Broadway, and Madison Avenue.

In 1853, Frederick Bastiat wrote in The Law, “The law has become a tool for every kind of greed. Instead of preventing crime, the law itself is guilty of the abuses it is supposed to punish.” Bastiat’s Economic Sophisms noted that “When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men living together in society, they create for themselves in the course of time, a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it.” in his chapter on The Physiology of Plunder. Pirates have taken the ship of state’s helm, the brig too!

States are collective in nature, and even when founded upon revolutionary ideals driven by common people representing their own well-being, the very nature of government is always drawing the worst personalities to the seats of power. Why are so many of our glad-handing prevaricating politicians concealing sociopath or psychopathic personalities behind a ruddy alcoholic face? Paul Levy wrote an excellent and comprehensive article on this, The Greatest Epidemic Sickness Known To Humanity. You can find it on his site, www.awakeninthedream.com “The love of money is the root of all evil,” we hear, and money is power. Lord Acton warned that “Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.” We must end totalitarian collectivism, dismantle seats of power, and end the tyranny of the psychopaths maintaining the welfare/warfare police state mode of control.

We, in voluntary association, pursuing the shared concerns for life and liberty, must come to recognize force and fraud as crimes facilitating governments now needing to be ended. We must not give our consent, and refuse to feed the Beast!

Freedom is never free. It costs dearly, is maintained in vigilance. Be a vigilante for your own sense of truth and justice, and seek liberty under God! We must secede to succeed. To avoid degrading slavery, the Mark of the Beast, we must live free or die trying! The battle is joined, how shall you meet the onslaught of evil in 2011? Will you be defending yourself as a free man, or kneeling as a slave at the feet of tyrants in the next year? Best Wishes, in Christ!
