Socialism in America

Parts of my articles on Socialism in America posted below.

Abraham Lincoln is the father of American Socialism. The 1st overthrow of the U.S. Government occurred 1860-1865 by Abraham Lincoln and his Socialist "Band of Brothers. It has been kept from the American History books everything concerning Lincoln 's Socialist connections. His Assistant Secretary of War Charles A. Dana was an avowed Socialist who had been to Europe prior to the war and met Karl Marx.  New research has resulted in a book "Red Republicans and Lincoln Marxist's". Lincoln changed America from a Republic to a Socialist Democracy. All the facts and data including names is far too much to post here. Marx sent thousands of European Socialists to serve in the Union army including officers (I have their names A thru Z). They were participants in the 1848 failed Socialist revolution in Europe and assisting in a Socialist war against the Southern states in America kept the Socialist dream of Karl Marx alive. The Constitutional Federal Republic established by America 's founding fathers who were primarily Southern gentlemen from Virginia died on April 9, 1865 at Appomattox Virginia and America became a Socialist Democracy. Obama is continuing to expand the Socialism that Lincoln started and FDR incorporated into the New Deal (Raw Deal) of the 1930’s.

Confederate soldiers fought to preserve the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and government of the people, by the people, and for the people. Lincoln 's Gettysburg Address was a lie and no more than poetry from the lips of a lawyer. After the failed Socialist revolution of 1848 in Europe thousands of German Socialists came to New York City and joined with American Socialists and various radicals and fanatics to form the Republican Party in 1854.  The Republican Party from 1854 to 1877 was what the Democratic party is today-- Socialist and anti-Christian. Karl Marx helped them plan the American Civil War and set up the Ft. Sumter incident so war could be blamed on the South.

Confederate General Robert E. Lee accurately predicted the result of the North's Socialist victory---"The consolidation of the Republic into a vast empire means that America will be aggressive abroad and despotic at home".

The recent research that resulted in the book "Red Republicans And Lincoln Marxists" tells the story of the Socialist overthrow of the American Republic from 1848 thru 1865 and the expansion of Federal power and loss of individual liberty and freedom that has occurred over the past 150 years. Obama is finishing what Socialist and Atheist Abraham Lincoln started--the expansion of Federal power and total Federal control over the American people. Once sovereign states are now little more than glorified administrative districts submissive and answerable to a central imperial power in Washington D.C.

Socialism in America has occurred in 3 steps.  1.-The Political Transformation from Republic to Socialist Democracy in 1865 following Southern surrender. 2.-The Economic Phase in 1913 with the establishment of the Federal Reserve, Income Tax and Election of State Senators  3.-The Cultural Revolution of the 1960's era. Socialist Abraham Lincoln is the father of American Socialism. The Republican Party from 1854 to 1877 was what the Democratic Party is today—Socialist and Atheist. Lincoln was both a Socialist and an Atheist. In the 1930’s the U.S. Communist Party had Lincoln-Lenin parades in New York City.

No Confederate was ever tried for treason. The North attempted to try Jefferson Davis but several Special prosecutors declined and it was determined that the case should be dropped.

Salmon Chase, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in 1865 told the Republican Cabinet of Radicals at the time this:
“Should you persist in your endeavor to bring to trial ANY of the former Confederate Representatives of that Government or ANY of its former Military Personnel charging them with Treason against the United States Government, That which YOU won on the Battlefield will be LOST in a Court of Law.”
In other words, the Sovereign States of the South, under the Provisions granted them under the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, Had EVERY RIGHT TO SECEDE. After this statement or ruling Jefferson Davis and his family were released from PRISON where they had been held since being captured by the Federals!

"If you bring these leaders to trial, it will condemn the North, for by the Constitution, secession is not a rebellion. His [Jefferson Davis] capture was a mistake. His trial will be a greater one. We cannot convict him of treason."
-- Salmon P. Chase, Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court, 1867

"The cause in which we are engaged is the cause of the advocacy of rights to which we were born, those for which our fathers of the Revolution bled - the richest inheritance that ever fell to man, and which it is our sacred duty to transmit untarnished to our children. Upon us is devolved the high and holy responsibility of preserving the Constitutional liberty of a free government."
President Jefferson Davis, June 1, 1861 - Spotswood Hotel, Richmond, Virginia

The principle for which we contended (States’ Rights”) is bound to reassert it's self, though it may be at another time and in another form.
—Former Confederate President Jefferson Davis

"Never teach your children to say that their fathers' were wrong in their efforts to maintain the sovereignty, freedom and independence which was their birthright"
---Jefferson Davis.

"As H.L. Menken wrote about the Gettysburg Address in “Smart Set” in 1920:
'It is poetry, not logic; beauty, not sense. Think of the argument in it. Put it into the cold words of everyday. The doctrine is simply this: that the Union soldiers who died at Gettysburg sacrificed their lives to the cause of self-determination — “that government of the people, by the people, for the people,” should not perish from the earth. It is difficult to imagine anything more untrue. The Union soldiers in that battle actually fought against self-determination; it was the Confederates who fought for the right of their people to govern themselves. What was the practical effect of the battle of Gettysburg ? What else than the destruction of the old sovereignty of the States, i.e., of the people of the States? The Confederates went into battle free; they came out with their freedom subject to the supervision and veto of the rest of the country — and for nearly twenty years that veto was so effective that they enjoyed scarcely more liberty, in the political sense, than so many convicts in the penitentiary.'....Finally, the final outcome of the Civil War did not usher in “a new birth of freedom.” It did quite the opposite. It consolidated federal power, neutered the 9th and 10th Amendments and gave birth to the fascist system and the imperial presidency under which we now suffer."
