It won't make any difference if you're rich or poor, you will be adversely affected. Even if you drive a Corvette or Cadillac, you will still be stuck in gridlock traffic. If you own a million dollar house with five gold shower heads, it won't make any difference if there's no water to take a shower. You may own a 10,000 square foot house, but it still runs on electricity and natural gas that will not be there for you in 40 years......
