Should a candidate lose his property because he lost an election?

Amazing but at the same time not so Amazing! The DevilCratts and the Rhetoricans who control the political machine and the courts would love nothing more than to eliminate a person who has actually read the Constitution from holding a political office.

The Sherriff should be hourse whipped for even thinking about enforcing such an order from any court.
