In our Constitutional Republic the entire premise of our legal system is based on the concept that you are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. In other words government must prove your guilt to be adjudicated before a group of your peers, a jury, before government may take any action against you. This in fact has been the primary principle of English law since the Maga Carta, in the 12th century.

We are by our Constituion, granted liberty and the pursuit of happiness and are therefore allowed on our own recognizance to move about the country any way we so desire. Travel is not a privilege it is a constitutionally guaranteed right. The government does not have the right or authority to in any way impede that right. Safety is not the issue, freedom and justice is. Those who will surrender their freedoms for government security shall enjoy neither freedom nor security.

The fourth amendment to the Constitution guarantees without encumbrance the right of every citizen to be secure in their person, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable search and seizure. The processes enacted by the TSA are in direct violation of the fourth amendment and are therefore illegal.

That our bureaucrat in charge, Mr. Pistole of the TSA seems not to understand the afore expressed principle issues, has been made clear by his statements and actions of the last two weeks. Why am I not surprised? Not one of Obama’s constitutional scholars from Eric Holder down, has articulated any understanding of American law or jurisprudence; we will not even, in such a short article, discuss an understanding of the Constitution and Bill of Rights by them.

If the actions by the TSA are not by popular demand scrubbed, then we can look forward to; random public searches on public thoroughfares, searches for use in public transportation such as subways, and buses, and seizure of private property at the digression of state and federal bureaucrats. Napolitano, already espoused the probable same searches at sporting events and theaters. Shortly thereafter will come home inspections and random car stops and searches on public thoroughfares, I have been through this before in Europe in the 40’s.

Our forefathers were very clear on this issue. If you expect total safety and security from government, you will have neither, but instead will lose your liberty and freedom. Any government that controls all also owns all.

The facts relating TSA are monumental. This agency has the highest employee turnover rate in the world. 67% of TSA employees are turned over annually. It is a low pay job and therefore attracts many unqualified people who do really stupid things. When you then superimpose a federal bureaucracy that is so “Politically Correct”, i.e. Culturally Marxist that they refuse to profile potential terrorists you can only wonder. I have an artificial shoulder I know in advance that it triggers scanners, so I need to be patted down. This never is a simple matter, in many cases the TSA officer demands that I first go through the machine. Because this procedure is time-consuming I see all sorts of idiocy. I have seen the fiscal search of a lady in her 90’s in a wheelchair and on oxygen, the patting down of a two year old, and the search of a white haired old man while a Middle Easterner with a turban walked right through the system. According to Mr. Pistole Arab women will not be patted down and only their Burkas will be checked, he says it’s a cultural thing.

Our government is totally out of control and is without question managed by a bunch of idiots. Consider that Visa® can within less than one minute report the credit worthiness of 15 million cardholders and the FBI, TSA, NSA, and all the other alphabet soup of agencies can’t even keep a 5,000 member published no-fly list up to date or available. None of the government issued ID are interfaced within the various agencies. They don’t even interface with Interpol or any of our allies. Per example anyone holding a carry permit that in every state has been checked out by the FBI, State and County police should be allowed upon presentation of his picture ID to sidestep the entire procedure. Likewise people holding U.S. passports should after checking no fly lists, bypass the system. All ID’s issued by states and the federal government should be in one database accessible only by TSA personnel and without duplication ability. There is no protocol available if you are denied access to flight, to access and to correct false information in government systems, this is unacceptable.

The solutions to this situation are in fact very simple. Firstly all travelers should be profiled. The means of accomplishing this are simple and non intrusive and violate no ones rights.

Travelers should be categorized.
Class one Domestic travel between American and Canadian Locations.
Class two Travelers outside North America.
Class three Travelers to and from regions of suspicion

These should then be further refined:
A-1 Children under ten years of age with their mothers or fathers
A-2 Adults over 65
B-1 Males between 16 and 60
B-2 Females between 16 and 60

Then to nationality:
C-1 American citizens
C-2 Foreign Citizens
C-3 Foreign Citizens from and to friendly nations.
C-4 Foreign citizens traveling from a region of suspicion.
D-1 Middle Easterners (all)

Screening of airline passengers that should not be done by the TSA or government but instead by the airlines, that should then establish three differing categories of threat and based on those parameters act accordingly. Per example Class one A-1 C-1 should forgo all screening, while Class three B-1 C-4 should be thoroughly searched. All C-4 and D-1 are automatically physically searched.

The one remaining issue relating to TSA is that there is a move afoot to unionize the TSA by the AFL/CIO. Being a suspicious sort of person I wonder if the present actions by TSA employees are being influenced by union organizers with the help of the bureaucracy, that lord knows, owes the Unions big time for their help in electing Obama. An army of unionized black booted thugs overseeing and restricting every citizen’s movements in and about our country is not my idea of a democratic state; rather it is the rise of the totalitarian empire.

TSA Molests Americans - Shut It Down!

Boulder, CO - The America First Party denounces the escalation of humiliating and illegal searches of Americans in the airports nationwide by the Federal Government's Transportation Safety Administration (TSA). As usual, Republican and Democrat public officials, who have collectively imposed these assaults upon us, along with their coterie of mouth-pieces in the media, have misdirected the analysis of these wrongs with an eye to preserving most of them in the name of "security."

In fact, searches of Americans by government servants are illegal without probable cause that a crime has been committed. That means that random searches - whether at airports, on the highways, or anywhere else in our country - are violations of the civil rights of the victims.

Yet our corrupt Courts, Presidents Bush and Obama, and almost every single Republican and Democrat member of Congress, have colluded to impose a draconian regime of searches, pat-downs, gropings, and x-ray exams, which are all repugnant to the United States Constitution.

Under the Fourth Amendment, searches should be exceedingly rare, with only suspected criminals being subject to them. But these routine, illegal searches of hundreds of thousands of innocent Americans since 2001 have now escalated to humiliating sexual assaults and the lewd, pornographic imaging of helpless travelers. Now the so-called "conservative" big-government Republicans scream for "profiling" - yet another repugnant proposal that also violates the 4th Amendment.

In a real sense, Al-Qaeda has won: our liberties have been stripped from us, and we are treated as mere cattle and criminals by a Republican and Democrat government that uses terror threats to coerce us into surrendering our fundamental rights like compliant subjects, not free Americans.

AFP National Secretary John Pittman Hey remarked: "The really effective terrorists in our country are not swarthy-looking Arab males. The real terrorists are Presidents Bush and Obama, Republican and Democrat elected officials and bureaucrats, and big mouth apologists like Hannity and Limbaugh who have used the threat of terror to steal our basic liberties in the name of so-called security. They are our real enemies, and until the TSA is defunded and dismantled, every one of them continue to share the guilt for the violent assaults and sexual molestations by our government against us. Politicians and media big-mouths who support the TSA's actions should be treated by the public as the violent assailants and sexual predators that they are."

In the week of November 14th the progressives sent America a message that is clear as a bell ringing. They, with the appointment of Progressive Nancy Pelosi, informed America that they don’t care about moderate Democrats, Blue Dog Democrats, or in fact anyone or anything outside of their twisted plan to remake America into a socialist state. Let’s understand that the DSA [Democratic Socialists of America] have now consummated their takeover of the Democrat Party. The 70 DSA members have so marginalized Democrat non-members that remained in office after the mid term elections, so as to become irrelevant. This brings to mind one interesting option open to the remaining moderates in the Senate and House, namely will they be jumping ship to the Republican Party that now resembles the Democrat party of 20 years ago?

This should really surprise no one. After all, legislative acts of the 111th congress saw the progressives freeze out all Democrats not members of the DSA, with even the refusal to publish legislative indicatives until only hours before they were to be voted on, while Republican issues were tabled before they were even exposed to scrutiny. All this brings to mind the most infamous quote of the 111th congress when Nancy of the Obamacare bill said, “we must now pass this bill so that we can read it and find out what’s in it”. All this took place while Obama lied day after day claiming that the Republicans were the Party of NO and never offered any alternative plans. This lie was made under the assumption that if you repeat a lie often enough people will come to accept it as the truth. No less a person that Dr. Goebbels was the bearer of those tidings. One can only conclude that with the wonderful “lamestream” media not covering these issues and reporting none of them that we now, after reading this, fully understand.

The real question is, does the American electorate really understand what has taken place? I do not think that they actually do understand. With certainty, the ever-leftist lamestream media has said hardly a word on this issue and if the issue is not reported on then it is not spoken of. The first law of propaganda is “OMISSION”, which is the process of omitting certain relevant facts of news so as to influence the public to a false conclusion, in line with the news producer’s opinion.

The DSA is the American socialist party. This party’s root is the Fabian Society of England who in turn is the founder of the British Labor party whose polices so disrupted England from the end of WWII until the election of Conservative Party Baroness Thatcher. The legislative membership includes over 70 Democrats as well as the entire Democrat leadership of the Senate all the Obama 44 appointed Czars and naturally Barrack Hussein Obama. So Obama, Reid, Pelosi and Senator Bill Nelson of FL are all socialists. This is evident by their voting records. Naturally the zionist caucus comprising 44 legislators, 13 Senators and 31 House members is over 95% socialist, they in fact are closely related to the Israeli Likud Party [The Israeli war Party] that again is interrelated with the Fabians.

In America the real aggressive beginning of the DSA was in the FDR administration. FDR established no less than 102 independent governmental agencies that at the time were referred to as “New Deal Bureaus” in order to push Roosevelt’s communist agenda. Before you go ballistic on the issue, I might recommend that you study FDR’s first VP that he had to drop when he was exposed as a communist party member and close friend of Soviet dictator and mass murderer Joseph Stalin. Harry Truman who FDR kept in the dark on all issues replaced him. Obama not only has the remnants of those agencies most of which are still in business but he now also has 44 Czars not one of whom was vetted by the Senate and all of which are socialists or communists pushing the socialist agenda to the hilt.

These action in the US House of Representatives demonstrates clearly not only the takeover of the Democrat Party by radical leftists, but also their repudiation of Americans that overwhelmingly voted in opposition to Obama’s and the socialist’s plans for America. And also shown is the disenfranchisement of the legislative branch of government and the increase of power to the executive branch of government. Additionally they have confirmed to all moderate Democrats that they are now in charge and any opposition to their socializing of America will not be tolerated within the Party.

Lo and behold, America again has two political parties, The Republocrat single party is sidelined, the New Socialist Party that was formerly the Democrat Party, and the new Tea Party Republicans that are now waging war against the progressive RINO Rockefeller Republican Party of whose outcome we are still not sure.

To clarify; American politics have been drastically altered by this act of the progressive socialists, so that we now have the following political situation:

1) The RINO Rockefeller Republicans
2) The Tea Party Republicans
3) The Progressive DSA socialist party
4) The in limbo moderate Democrats that now have no party.

Relating this to a projection of the 2012 presidential elections and based on the political certainty that America is, in principal center right, it is a realistic assumption that by this act of confirming Pelosi as minority speaker, Progressives will further rupture the Democrat party and lead to a decisive victory by Tea Party Republicans in 2012. I also believe that any number of moderate Democrats will jump ship and become Republicans, which would assure their re-election. This can be further based on the reality that the population fully understands the agenda of the progressives and has in the 2010 elections totally repudiated those strategies.

Aside, the political issue Pelosi is simply too much of a socialist ideologue and appears unable to govern by consensus and like Obama flatly refuses to even accept the premises that there might be value in the suggestion of anyone not a socialist ideologue. This is compiled by the fact that both Pelosi and Obama are self-centered narcissists believing in their personal infallibility which seals this issue. Anyone who thinks that these ideologues will compromise on any issue had better look at the history of the 111th congress, which was shown to be the most secretive, unbending, and one directional enterprise of American History. There will as in the 111th be no transparency of design or purpose by the Progressives and all non-DSA members will be frozen out of Democrat deliberations. The election of Nancy Pelosi as minority Speaker is the most dramatic issue of political policy of the last ten years.

NIA Projects Future U.S. Food Price Increases

The National Inflation Association today announced the release of its report about NIA's projections of future U.S. food price increases due to the massive monetary inflation being created by the Federal Reserve's $600 billion quantitative easing. This report was written by NIA's President Gerard Adams, who believes food inflation will take over in 2011 as America's greatest crisis. According to Mr. Adams, making mortgage payments will soon be the last thing on the minds of all Americans. We currently have a currency crisis that could soon turn into hyperinflation and a complete societal collapse.

"For every economic problem the U.S. government tries to solve, it always creates two or three much larger catastrophes in the process," said Adams. "Just like we predicted this past December, the U.S. dollar index bounced in early 2010 and has been in free-fall ever since. Bernanke's QE2 will likely accelerate this free-fall into a complete U.S. dollar rout," warned Adams.

NIA projects that at the average U.S. grocery store it will soon cost $11.43 for one ear of corn, $23.05 for a 24 oz loaf of wheat bread, $62.21 for a 32 oz package of Domino Granulated Sugar, $24.31 for a 32 fl oz container of soy milk, $77.71 for a 11.30 oz container of Folgers Classic Roast Coffee, $45.71 for a 64 fl oz container of Minute Maid Orange Juice, and $15.50 for a Hershey's Milk Chocolate 1.55 oz candy bar. NIA also projects that by the end of this decade, a plain white men's cotton t-shirt at Wal-Mart will cost $55.57.

The report highlights how despite cotton rising by 54%, corn rising by 29%, soybeans rising by 22%, orange juice rising by 17%, and sugar rising by 51% during the months of September and October alone, these huge commodity price increases have yet to make their way into America's grocery stores because corporations have been reluctant to pass these price increases along to the consumer. In today's dismal economy, no retailer wants to be the first to dramatically raise food prices. However, NIA expects all retailers to soon substantially raise food prices at the same time, which will ensure that this Holiday shopping season will be the worst in recorded American history.

Prediction and Reflection 2010

The electorate is not a reasoning animal by act of those elected!

The war between the progressive movement and the Democrat and Republican parties has been enjoined! The progressive movement began in the early 20th century. In the Republican Party it was (TR) Teddy Roosevelt who after his term started the Bull Moose Party, which in fact was the new progressive wing of the Republican Party. This morphed into the RINO’s of the Rockefeller Republicans in the early 70’s that Barry Goldwater so railed about. In the Democrat party, president Wilson with the aid of Colonel House, his alter ego, proceeded to establish the progressive Democrats. By the 1930’s the formation of the DSA (Democratic Socialists of America) had been formed and in the 111 congress of 2010 no less than 70 members of congress claimed affiliation with that socialist body, of which the president is a prominent member. Make no mistake, these people are hardcore socialist ideologues politically closely affiliated with the British Labor Party whose roots are Fabian Socialism. Examples of progressivism would be Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, John McCain, Allan Grayson, Alex Sink, Charlie Crist, Richard Blumentahl, Russ Feingold, Bill Nelson and Barack Obama.

Today and in the coming two years this war between a socialist vision of America and a capitalist vision will boil into open warfare. The president will claim that he is now prepared to rule in a bi-partisan manner. Nothing is further from the truth, Socialist ideologues follow their motto, “Deny with our lips what we do with our hands” Better yet the socialist coat of arms; A wolf dressing in a sheep’s skin.

The first substantial opposition to progressive philosophy is the Tea Party movement, which is not a political party but rather a philosophic position relating to numerous issues. This “Grass Roots” movement was created spontaneously out of opposition to the “Washington Elites” i.e. Fabian socialist progressives that had co-opted both Republocrat parties. The Democrat wing of the system has yet to develop any viable opposition to the progressives who have in effect taken over the entire party, moving it sharply to the left. They were so politically strong in the 111 congress that they actual barred mainstream Democrats from caucuses relating to all major matters.

The Southern Democrats (Blue Dogs) as well as all moderate Democrats have minimal option because they now represent a minority in the Democrat party, whose entire leadership now consists of Progressives. They in effect have only two options, drop out of the Democrat party or become Independents.

The first thing that will take place is that Obama will call for bipartisanship with the Republicans; after all, he not only refused bipartisanship to the Republicans but even to moderate Democrats in the past two years. He will claim that only this will prevent “gridlock”. Well I think gridlock would be just fine, naturally along with the repeal of Obamacare and the odious finacial regulatory nightmare and deep-sixing all cap and tax ideas. Let’s all remember that making a deal with the devil is a bad idea regardless of the offered terms. Aside that Obama is a socialist ideologue that will say and do anything (if its on the teleprompter and adheres to His Masters Voice) and will then act in accordance with the socialist prime directive, lie, cheat, invent, invert, and do anything to win the point.

Whether the new members of the Tea Party have the gumption to stand up to the progressives will be the primary issue of 2011. How the middle road Democrats will react to their parties overwhelming losses due to its obnoxious move to the left is yet to be seen. The Media who in Florida backed every loser in this election will be closely watched. If the media continues to openly, editorially, support the political left as they have done during this election cycle they will continue to lose market share and will like the “Grey Lady” come to finacial difficulty.

By the way, three weeks before the 2010 election I called every race in Florida, (Our local Fishwrap also predicted, and every prediction proved wrong) and had predicted a 60-vote landslide in the House and seven in the Senate. I also predicted that Republicans would largely win the governor’s races, as well as almost all local elections. CA, MA, CT and NY excluded, there is no way you can predict the actions of morons.

The question at this point is, what will come to take place now? I do not think that Obama will come to the center left as Clinton did; Clinton is a pragmatist, while Obama is a narcissist, socialist ideologue. People of such persuasion simply do not make compromises. This is also the case because Obama’s handlers, who in every instance tell him what to do, are of the identical mindset. This leaves the opposition with only two viable options, force Obama to veto one after another legislative act and continue to force him to veto even if it persists for the entire next year and if that proves not to work simply de-fund every law passed in the 111 congress. If the Republicans begin compromising with the progressive Fabian socialist agenda they will lose the 2012 election by the same margin that the Democrats lost in 2010. Not only that, but they must keep the pressure up relentlessly to the extent of upsetting even the thought of any derogatory labels placed on them by the other side. And one more thing, Republicans must submit a replacement for Obamacare less than 20 pages in length, and a finacial bill to clean up Wall Street of the same length.

As a final comment, I was truly surprised that there were no challenges brought in Nevada where the electoral contest was so influenced by illegal acts by the state controlled Democrat machine as to make the entire senatorial election a farce. The Casinos that were obviously culpable and the SEIU and AFL/CIO, which did much of the under-the-table funding, demonstrate an acceptance of corruption that is simply beyond the pale, and is not acceptable in any Republic.
